Chris has done *amazing* line drawings of my client's homes for several years now.  The drawings are really special closing gifts for my clients when they are selling or buying a home.  And then recently, I had Chris do a drawing of a home before it went on the market because work was being done to it and I needed to do some upfront marketing and a photo wouldn't work since the yard was torn up.

Chris is a talented artist and true professional.  I am always amazed by each line drawing that he produces as they look so true to life.
